Boost Return Policy?

The return policy for Boost Mobile is as follows:

Devices can be returned within thirty (30) days after shipment if purchased from boostmobile.com or within thirty (30) days of activation if purchased from a Boost Mobile retail store. However, if the device is damaged, the return will not be accepted.

The device must be in like-new condition (no cracks, scratches, liquid damage, or any other damage) and with any locking software or applications disabled or removed.

When returning a device, it must include everything received with it, such as the device itself, all accessories, charging cable/block (if applicable), and original packaging.

To initiate a return, call Boost Mobile at 833-50-BOOST (833-502-6678). If the device is eligible for return, a Return Authorization Number and a return address will be provided. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the original packing slip, and on ALL sides of the box used to send the device back.

The device and all original package contents must be shipped to the provided address using a pre-paid shipping service with tracking.

If the return policy is not complied with, including returning the device more than thirty (30) days after the shipment date for boostmobile.com orders or thirty (30) days after activation for Boost Mobile retail store purchases, it won’t qualify for a refund and the device may be shipped back at the customer's expense.

This policy applies only to devices purchased directly from boostmobile.com or a Boost Mobile retail store.
